Jobba Trade Technologies [Jobba] has a mission to provide all roofing contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers and consultants with the software tools they need to successfully operate their business. Developed in 2006, it was one of the first all-in-one roofing Customer Relationship Management [CRM] systems on the market, designed to help complete jobs and drive more growth.
Jobba began working closely with some of the industry’s leading roofing contract experts to guide the development of the CRM solution. Jobba were able to develop a roofing software platform that houses state-of-the-art features and tools to help solve the challenges roofing teams face on a daily basis. Jobba is currently considered a top CRM and continues to evolve and establish new methods and innovative tools that works for all roofing businesses – big and small.
In early 2023, Mark Hadding, the Jobba Chairman, wanted an embedded, context-sensitive application end-user support solution for their customers, which would give Jobba a value-added dimension to their CRM software platform.
Hadding tasked his Team with finding a solution that was capable of producing all educational, end user support and change content for their CRM installations across all modules, focusing on having all customers become self-sufficient on the Jobba software when they were in the office or at a site. Hadding knew that one of the most important aspects was the ongoing, easy use and consumption of that content for any part of their CRM software.
Jobba were able to implement Epilogue Opus in under 3 weeks in 2023 and have Subject Matter Experts creating content in Opus : a testament to the effectiveness of Hadding’s Team in change management and change communications. Jobba showcased the embedded Opus software on the Jobba Booth at IRE 2024 in Las Vegas that had more than 14,000 attendees.
Hadding also looked at other solutions including Adobe Suite, Whatfix, and WalkMe, and states “We took advise from our long standing Partners and industry experts, and because of the content was 100% web based with Opus stored in one location via AWS, as well as the ability to use the Opus Content Library as on online educational and learning management system, the decision was straightforward”. Hadding continues “Opus allows us to have a lean content development process, using the SMEs to author the content, then my Director of Education Services , Matt Thorne, reviews, edits and publishes from one screen and all the Opus outputs are updated and available to our Customers in multiple languages accessible from their Tablet PCs from within the Jobba CRM platform.“ Hadding continues “Opus was also the clear choice on ease of use and maintenance updates, in testing and security. Opus gives our organization a real differentiator in the market and in our customer satisfaction on the Jobba software, which is a factor for our growth”.

Jobba likes the ease of editing in Opus, embedded into their CRM & language conversion functionality.
